    I've always loved that funny sculpture in front of such an impressive building (just don't ask me to identify either), and your capture of the photographer makes the scene even more perfect. :D

    The building is our very traditional and revered Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, here in town and the "Shuttlecocks" are sculpture by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje Van Bruggen. They're fairly well-known. Most of us here love them. I like shooting them for the blog here, year 'round.

    I love it when you show these pieces! Oldenburg is one of my favourites and these look so wonderful in front of that building. Perfect shot and perfect location!

    Bob--I'd like to have seen his croquet ball for the St. Louis Arch. :)
